Inspired by her love of real estate, Monica Hemingway began her career in 2006. Specializing in residential real estate, Monica's strong work ethic, coupled with her enthusiastic attitude, has gained her a reputation as an agent that is greatly in demand. In 2005 Monica decided to undergo a change in her career and go back to school! She graduated from Mingle School of Real Estate in 2006, and promptly passed the North Carolina State Real Estate Board Exam, and she was off and running!
Coupled with extensive knowledge of real estate, Monica Hemingway holds a degree Registered Nursing. Monica Hemingway makes her home in Mooresville, where she resides with her husband and three children, two girls and one boy, and their dog, Holly. She spent the first 33 years of her life as a Californian, born and raised, living in both northern and southern California. Her husband was then tranferred to the southwest part of Michigan (the Kalamazoo area) where she was transplanted and grew to love the midwest. More recently, in 2004, her husband took a new job and she once again relocated, but this time going south, to the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, North Carolina. Her career with Real Estate evolved from her many personal real estate transactions.
